“Aaaaaaaaaaaah!" you scream in pain. You sink to the floor and grab your injured ankle. "My ankle!! Oh, my ankle!! My ankle ... oh, my ankle!!" ."My ankle!!! Oh, God ... it hurts .... my ankle ... I twisted my ankle!! My ankle ... Oh, my ankle ... it hurts ... my ankle ... oh, my ankle..." All this time as you moan and writhe in pain I want you lying down on the floor, rolling from side to side clutching your ankle and in obvious pain.
You pull yourself up onto the couch to rub and massage your injured ankle, wincing and gasping all the while. You cross your legs to move and massage your ankle and calf, flexing your foot a little to see how badly you’re hurt. You grimace in pain as you move your ankle. "Ooooooooh ... my ankle ... oh, God ... I'm hurt ... my ankle ... I twisted my ankle ... oh, it hurts ... aaaaaaaaaah, my ankle!” As the worst of the pain begins to subside, you decide to stand up to try to walk it off.
You gingerly stand and try to put weight on it. It hurts, and you wince a few times, but so far you can walk.You're limping a little, walking around the room, favoring your hurt ankle and maybe holding your thigh with one hand. Once or twice you stop and bend down to rub it, or pick your foot up off the floor to squeeze your tender ankle a little.Then as you take a step you twist your ankle again. You scream in pain and fall to the floor. Again, I want a good scream as you hurt your ankle even more badly.
You lie on the floor again, holding your badly injured ankle and moaning in agony. I want you rolling and writhing on the floor, gripping your ankle . "My ankle!! Oh, my ankle!! My ankle ... oh, my ankle!! ... I hurt my ankle ... oh, God, my ankle!! My ankle!! ... oh, God ... it hurts ... my ankle ... oh, my ankle!! Oh, my ankle!! It hurts ... my ankle ... Oh, my ankle ... I twisted my ankle ..."
Again you pull yourself up to try to stand and walk. You're limping a bit more now, gingerly, gasping a little with each step. Again you stop once or twice to bend down to rub your ankle, or pick your hurt foot up off the floor to grab your ankle and squeeze it. Then once again as you take a step your weak ankle twists under you. You scream and sink to the floor.
"Nooooooooooooo! Oh God! Oh ... my ankle!!" You are lying on the floor now, clutching your badly sprained ankle and moaning and groaning in exquisite pain. You clutch your ankle, arching your back and rocking back and forth in pain. Mmmmmmmmmm, my ankle!! ... Ooooooooh, my ankle! Please .... my ankle ... oh, it hurts ... my ankle!!! Ooooooooh ... my ankle ... oh, God ... I'm hurt ... my ankle ... I sprained my ankle! ... oh, it hurts ... oh, my ankle ... I hurt my ankle ... oooooooooooh, my ankle ..."
