So since I was folding laundry I grabbed a pair of my panties and pulled them over my head to cover my nose. Ahhhh the warm, humid air felt much better. I go to show off my throat but opening my mouth wide makes the pressure in my sinuses so much worse! Ugh this is a bad bug. I haven't felt this sick in a long time.
