There's no real plot here, but if you can imagine some terrible fate to befall you if you don't escape, and struggle appropriately, I'd like that. A bit of sweat (real or artificial) glistening on your skin would be a great addition. Gag-talk, pleading eyes, maybe those boobies popping out towards the end... all of that would be super!
