Giant wokes up with unbearable itching between his legs and discovers a little man stuck in his foreskin and decides to play with him. He stomps on him, him into water, licks him and then he accidentally swallows the midget and little guy tries to escape from giants stomach and giant suffers from very bad stomachache and finally he release his bowels and flushes it away
