She is struck by the beauty. Realizing the view is obstructed, she is somewhat disappointed. Not in the view, mind you. It is absolutely breathtaking. The majestic Pacific ocean can be seen for miles and miles and just below, the surf is breaking on the rocks.
It's such a beautiful view, she wishes aloud she could see it much better. It seems the window is a bit dirty....
