Sophia comes back to the hotel room from spending a few vacation hours out by the pool. She left her boyfriend on the bed lounging and watching tv, but where is he now? Did he leave and not tell her? He is in fact shrunken and on the bed but she cannot see him. She sits on the bed to text and the knocks him off and to the ground. No notes or any texts that have come through on her phone. She texts his phone, it rings on the night stand. So, he didnt take his phone.

She has a thought, he is a practical joker. She figures he might be hiding from her to make her think he left and then jump out and surprise or scare her. She looks everywhere, under the bed, in the closet, behind the shower curtain in the bathroom. He tries his best to follow her, waving his arms and yelling, but she does not see him or hear him. She almost steps on him in her frantic attempts to find him. No boyfriend. She is a little worried so she calls the front desk asking if they had seen him leave. They have not.

She is really starting to get worried now. She sits in the chair to talk herself through the possibilities all the while he is yelling as loud as he can so she can notice and hear him to no avail. Exhausted from the search, she takes off her shoe and drops them right on top of him. The weight and of the now city buss sized shoe crushes him. She will never know his true fate and always wonder, whatever happened that day she was left at the hotel.
