They stop at the bar counter and Sydney explains that she received two bottles of water as a gift from one of her other friends a little while ago as a birthday gift and thinks that they should both try it. Macy asks what is so special about it, and Sydney replies that the water can give the drinker a belly MUCH bigger than the one they currently have. Macy scoffs at the idea saying that Sydney must be pranking her. Sydney says that she is not kidding and offers to drink the water with her just to prove that she is telling the truth. Macy, admitting that she does want a bigger belly, agrees, and Sydney proceeds to pour two glasses full of the special water. They then drink the water, emptying the glasses completely. As soon as they finish drinking, they feel a tingling in their stomachs. Macy mutters "I don't feel so good," then suddenly, both their bellies start to grow.

Both of them stare in amazement as their bellies balloon outward at a quick pace. They are very startled and moan in amazement of how big they are getting. Soon their bellies stop growing, but not before they are the biggest bellies they have ever seen. They try to spread their arms around their big bellies, and either barely can or can't. They look at each other, and a smile appears on both their faces. "You're huge!" they both exclaim at once. They both then proceed to talk about their bellies and how huge they are and even take turn measuring to see who has the biggest belly. They also rub and pat their own and each others bellies, moaning from the pleasure they are feeling from their big bellies.
