Driving to work at the hospital the nurse witnesses a car accident in front of her. Not to bad thankfully but one of the passengers in the car that was hit is in need of medical attention and the naughty nurse is on the scene to help out till EMS arrives. She finds the injured passenger and gives him some of her special medical attention right in public! This results in a HUGE load by the injured man. HOT! A must for all nurse fans!
