Barb is a good teacher. She is patient and understanding. But when Kassy can't seem to do the simplest moves she loses it. She realizes there is no way to teach her unless she moves her herself.
So she freezes her and goes through the full coreography whle she is stiff. She moves every part of her body, posing her to get the desired result.

Kassy has no idea after, but she did it. Muscle memory will kick in an she will improve... no matter what.
