Mia has a belly button pain. Cassie wants to help her, so she uses two ear pricks to examine Mia's navel. At first they think there's a parasite in her navel. They use tweezers to pull out a purple caterpillar. Mia's navel still hurts. They squeeze and poke the belly button and it turns out to be a jewel. Cassie then accidentally breaks the ear stud in Mia's navel. Mia is in a lot of pain. They pull out the ear stud, but the pain does not go away. There is one more piece of jewelry that is very difficult to get out.
