Nicole is back as everybody's least favorite neighbor. This time, Nicole is hosting a TV show that she has stolen from her neighbor. Once again, there are a series of follies where Nicole becomes the butt of her own jokes. She gets wrapped up in rope, a bucket on her head, and finds herself in silly predicaments with her falling and boots flailing!
