Puoi fare un video in cui i primi quattro minuti che stai facendo come in una gif (scuoti le gambe) e poi per gli ultimi quattro minuti puoi fare l'altro (scuoti i polpacci e le gambe). L'ordine non ha importanza. Anche le gambe potrebbero essere leggermente distese? E posiziona la fotocamera di fronte a te per tutto il tempo, per favore. Puoi indossare un paio di pantaloncini di jeans attillati e un paio di scarpe da ginnastica?
