I've tried everything: probiotics, herbal teas, specific diets, but nothing seems to solve the problem permanently. Sometimes I feel so frustrated and embarrassed that I avoid leaving the house, for fear of having an "accident" in public.
So I put on my best yoga pants and to relax I fart in them like never before, soon making the room unbreathable. I like it as shock therapy... who knows if you like it too!

Mi chiamo Nicoletta e ho sempre avuto un rapporto complicato con il mio intestino. Fin da piccola ho sofferto di gonfiore e dolore addominale, e le mie scoregge sono sempre state un problema imbarazzante.
A volte mi sembra di essere una fabbrica di gas. Posso stare attenta a ciò che mangio, evitare cibi noti per causare flatulenza, ma sembra che non faccia molta differenza. Le mie scoregge arrivano nei momenti peggiori, durante riunioni importanti, cene romantiche o mentre sono in fila al supermercato.
Ho provato di tutto: probiotici, tisane, diete specifiche, ma niente sembra risolvere il problema in modo definitivo. A volte mi sento così frustrata e imbarazzata che evito di uscire di casa, per paura di avere un "incidente" in pubblico.
Così indosso i miei pantaloni di yoga migliori e per rilassarmi ci scoreggio dentro come non mai rendendo presto la stanza irrespirabile. Mi piace come terapia d'urto... chissà se piace anche a te!
