Not being able to go to the pool due to the anti Covid regulations in Italy, I want to train again with you as a freediver! I'm wearing my one-piece swimsuit, black skull cap, and goggles. In the first part of the video I do some breathing exercises and then in the second part I have mounted a timer in the center of the video and I am perfectly still not breathing for over three minutes. It was very difficult after a long time, but I had a great workout years ago. Hope to make you more videos like this next time and to improve the technique!

Non potendo andare in piscina per le norme anti Covid in Italia voglio riallenarmi insieme a te come apnea! Indosso il mio costume da nuoto intero, cuffia nera da nuoto con i teschi, e occhialini. Faccio nella prima parte del video alcuni esercizi di respirazione e poi nella seconda parte ho montato un timer al centro del video e sto perfettamente immobile non respirando per oltre tre minuti. Si è stato molto difficile dopo tanto tempo, ma ho avuto un grande allenamento anni fa. Spero di farti altri video del genere la prossima volta e di migliorare la tecnica!
