Seduto alla mia scrivania, il sole del pomeriggio filtrava attraverso la finestra creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Stavo cercando di concentrarmi su alcune letture per il lavoro, ma una sensazione di disagio iniziava a farsi sentire. Mi rendevo conto che il mio stomaco stava protestando. Il pranzo di oggi è stato decisamente un errore.
Avevo ceduto alla tentazione di un pasto veloce e poco sano. Un panino farcito di ingredienti pesanti e fritti, accompagnato da patatine e una bevanda gassata. Ora, il mio corpo stava chiedendo il conto. Mentre cercavo di ignorare il fastidio, sapevo che era solo una questione di tempo prima che dovessi affrontare la realtà.
Proprio in quel momento una scoreggia inaspettata, interrompendo il silenzio della stanza. Non potei fare a meno di ridere. Era imbarazzante ma in quel frangente mi sembrava quasi liberatorio. La dose di leggerezza che ne derivò mi provocò un sorriso mentre pensavo che a volte la vita ha bisogno di un pizzico di umorismo.
Continuai a lavorare, ma già sapevo che avrei dovuto cambiare le mie abitudini alimentari, almeno per un po'. Le lezioni del pranzo erano chiare: scegliere cibi più leggeri e nutrienti sarebbe stata una priorità per il futuro. Ma per ora, non potevo far altro che accettare il mio errore e godermi il momento, anche con una risata complice.
