It's my birthday!!

You've started frosting some cupcakes for me, but you didn't get a chance to finish them. That's ok, I'll do the last few. But by the time I've done that, I'm a bit messy, and there's lots of frosting left over. So, I decide to cover my tits in frosting and sprinkles, and turn myself into a cupcake as well!
