I've always been a bit of a stress-head, working myself too hard, taking on too much, but I'm lucky that I've figured out a way to relax and put my work down for a whlle now. I'm also lucky to have people around me to help with the one thing that seems to help me re-set my brain sometimes - a good, long, over the knee spanking.
