You’re back for your follow up interview. Once again, I’m dressed in my suit and long latex gloves, polishing them and rubbing them together throughout. I ask you about how you’ve handled sensitive situations in the workplace previously, what your past responsibilities have been, and about your comfort level with working in an office environment with so many powerful women. None of the other candidates seem to be quite as eager as you are to serve, so I think I’ll take you on as my personal assistant.
