Adele is in a Young Offenders Institute for crime and is proving to be a very difficult young lady to reform. She has been appointed a new counsellor, Nick, who is unrivalled in his success at being able to "reach" troubled girls and he comes to visit her for the first time. Unsurprisingly, Adele is extremely uncooperative. So much so, even the usually calm and patient Mr Nightingale loses his temper... Eventually Nick's new methods seem to be getting through to Adele who seems to be far more subdued now than when her counselling session began. Here's hoping Nick can make a lasting impression!
