On their first night of incarceration, Alex and Amy are sharing a dormitory with repeat offender Jadie. When they (inevitably) fail the nightly dormitory inspection due to an unmade bed and discovered contraband, the new girls experience dormitory discipline: one failure means all are punished. Having first been ordered to strip, the girls must bend over the end of their beds to have their bottoms strapped over their white cotton knickers. Kennedy is clearly feeling particularly vindictive tonight, as the next stage of their punishment takes the form of a humiliating legs-up strapping, followed by a caning for Jadie, with the promise of a further beating the following day.
