Stevie finds a note written by her (real!) little step-sister Skylar, expressing some very negative and views about one of her teachers. As Step-Mom is not home to deal with such terrible behavior, the task of punishment falls to Stevie. Skyler soon learns all about respect over Stevie's lap and will have a very sore bottom to show to Step-Mom when she gets home.
