He then uses a cotton bud, inserts in her nostrils and then moves it around and cleans them. He also inserts his little right finger in her nose. Doctor then catches her chin with his left hand and pushes her nose up with his right thumb so that she is made to open her mouth. While the nose is pushed up with his right thumb he also uses his left hand to open each of her nostrils wide. The patient cries in pain.
