It would be you with a man and a woman.... you would be in position like on the picture, one person would be sat on your stomach, the other person standing on your feet! The person on your feet would trample them hard and stomp on them. They would switch over, taking turns to stomp and crush your feet while the other person sits on you. 10 mins long.
