REQUEST: The female actor (patient) visits male actor (doctor) reporting a sinus issue. The male doctor asks her to sit on a chair for a detailed examination. He uses his right hand thumb to push her nose up like piggy so that he could get a better view of her nostrils. He takes a look inside and then uses a flashlight to view her nose hairs clearly. The patient goes to rest and hence the doctor decides to experiment some more. He inserts his little finger in each of her nostrils and then moves it around. The nose is now pinched, pushed and twisted in all directions until the female patient wakes up from rest. She lets the doctor play with her nose for some more time as she started to enjoy as well. Doctor now does a final check up by pushing her nose up widely open. She is then prescribed medications and asked to visit soon.
