Unfortunately Nyssa's little restaurant still doesn't make enough profit to make it possible for her to keep on paying for protection. She's been paying for 2 months now but it's simply not possible anymore.
She can only keep her small business opened when she can keep all the money for herself.
Since she knows that the Piuma Rossa won't accept this she decided to inform the police about everything that happened to her. She's very afraid of being captured by the mafia again, but she doesn't have any other choice. The person on the phone tells that she should just stay at home and they'll send an officer over to her to take her to witness protection.
Nyssa feels a great relief when someone's ringing at the door but her relief switches to panic when she opens the door and the evil lady who tormented her a few weeks ago is standing in front of her. Nyssa doesn't dare to resist and steps back in her house. Tilly steps in and closes the door behind herself.
She explains that Nyssa was actually on the with a Piuma Rossa-Member when she called the police. The whole city is infiltrated by them. Nyssa tries to explain that she simply can't afford to pay anymore but Tilly doesn't show any sympathy.
"You're coming with me now"
Nyssa begs for mercy but the Piuma Rossa-Lady makes her to walk on.
Nyssa has been dragged to the mafia secret hideout. She's tied to a chair in little loom upstairs. Her bare feet are pointed out forward to her inquisitor who's sitting in front of her with a long feather. The gangster yells FEET UP !!!!
Nyssa begs for mercy when she exposes her bare soles to her Inquisitor.
Tilly starts tickling Nyssa's tender soles and cute toes.
Nyssa bursts into laughter after the first few strokes of the feather.
She begs her Inquisitor for understanding that she can't afford to pay anymore since she would lose her small business,
Tilly shows no mercy to her begging captive and tells her to work harder!
After a while of feather tickling Nyssa promises to do everything the Piuma Rossa wants her to do but this is not the end of her ordeal.
Tilly phones with the "Don" and tells him about the progress with the prisoner but now the "Don" himself wants to come over and teach Nyssa a lesson about cheating the Piuma Rossa.
Tilly promises him to keep their captive "entertained" until he'll be there. Nyssa panics when she hears the conversation
After she finished the phone call she tickle torments Nyssa for a couple more minutes, then she stops, duct tapes her barefoot captive and leaves.
Nyssa tries to get out of the ropes but there's no way. She tries to scream for help but everything just sounds like "MMMMPPFF !!!"
