PSYCHO TICKLER PT 2 (MP4 FORMAT) After several days in the hands of the Psycho-Tickler, Officer Hawke has finally made it out of the ropes. She now wants to take this bastard down. Since she never saw one the two girls she is sure that they are being held somewhere in the basement. After all those ticklish days, Hawke just wants to have her shoes to protect her feet in case that there will be a fight with this Psycho. Unfortunately the Psycho has taken her shoes and stockings with him. Officer Hawke decides to protect her soles another way. She takes two stripes of the duct tape that the tickler has forgotten in the attic and puts it on her soles. Hawke sneaks down into the basement and discovers the Psycho standing in a little room, attaching some ropes to the ceiling. The Officer sneaks behind his back gives him hard beat on his shoulder. But it seems like this guy doesn't feel any pain. He just turns around with no emotions in his eyes. He overcomes Officer Hawke and takes her hostage once again. Officer Hawke is now sitting on a table with her hands tied together and hoisted over her head while her feet are tied together and pointed out forward. To give her no chance to move the Psycho also has tied her legs and feet down to the table with two more ropes. The Psycho rages when he notices that Officer Hawke tried to protect her feet with duct tape. Officer Hawke already knows that it will get painful now. She begs him to pull off the duct tape slow, but the Psycho brutally pulls off the duct tape from her soft soles. Officer Hawke has to hold herself from shedding a tear because it's so painful. The Psycho is such a sadist that he even puts some duct tape more on her soles just to pull it off again. Officer Hawke screams and begs him to stop this. He finally stops...........unfortunately just to tickle Officer Hawkes bare soles with his good old parrot feathers, again. The cruel Psycho starts a feather-attack on her exposed armpits and her belly button. Officer Hawke is screaming when the feather is dancing in her armpits....and even more when it comes to her belly button! The tough and smart cop has almost turned into a begging schoolgirl.
