The evil Psycho already spent the morning with cruely cleaning her dirty feet with a brush so the Officer is already tickle-tired again. But the Moment the Officer gets "visited" by Nyxon, an old Rival from the Police-Academy, she is just frightended of what will be done to her now. It turns out that the disappeared Girls story was just a hoax set up by Nyxon to Lure the Officer into the Hands of Nyxon's tickle-fanatic minion. The only real existing captive is Officer Hawk. Nyxon, who's working for the local Press since her failure at the Police Academy, never was as sucessful as Hawk and always was jealous of her but Hawk would have never believed that she'd go this far and even fake News to lure her into a trap and let her be captured and tormented! Nyxon doesn't waste much time with declarations and already has a Long feather in her Hand....Nyxon laughs and taunts Officer Hawk as she explains how she's set her up. And again more tickle torment come for Hawk who is still bound in rope, arms to the ceiling and feet straight out in front of her, vulnerable and exposed. The feather dances all over Hawk's wrinkled soles, and Hawk just screams in laughter.
