It's Halloween night, and the city is under siege by an army of large monsters. Sailor Venus uses her special powers to shrink down the monsters into little tiny gummi bears & prepares to swallow them whole & absorb their powers. One by one, she puts each tiny monster into her mouth & swallows them down her throat.
