College student Luna Dawn is hard up for cash, so she answers an ad that she saw in the student union for test subjects at a local research facility. She shows up for her appointment, and is greeted by a very eager Dr. Nyxon. Dr. Nyxon explains to her that the test is easy & painless, and then tells her to hang tight while she goes to get something needed for the test. She shows up for her appointment, and is greeted by a very eager Dr. Nyxon. Dr. Nyxon explains to her that the test is easy & painless, and then tells her to hang tight while she goes to get something needed for the test. Dr. Nyxon quickly returns, and as Luna begins to ask her questions, Dr. Nyxon holds up a small remote (POV) and presses the "freeze" button. Instantly, Luna Dawn freezes mid-sentence. Dr. Nyxon then presses another button & Luna Dawn stands up. Dr. Nyxon cycles through the various buttons making sure they work properly, a completely unaware Luna Dawn to run in place, run at a "fast forward" pace, run in slow motion, act like a chicken & various other, & perform a few dances from the '90s. Pleased with the remote control's performance, Dr. Nyxon presses a button that snaps Luna Dawn out of it & she has no idea that anything has happened. She asks Dr. Nyxon when the test is going to start, and the doctor tells her that unfortunately they have to reschedule the testing for the following week. She assures Luna that she will still be paid for her time today, but that she'll have to reschedule the test for next week. Luna Dawn nods & tells the doctor that she'll see her next weekend.
