Nyxon is relaxing at home when someone suddenly rings her doorbell. She's not expecting anyone, and she has a pretty clear "No Solicitations" sign on her door. She gets up to answer the door, and Luna Dawn breezes into the room with a clipboard. Immediately she starts rambling on about signing her petition to stop the construction of a parking lot. After just a few sentences, Nyxon has had enough & snaps her fingers in front of Luna Dawn, instantly freezing her in place. Nyxon rips the clipboard out of Luna's stiff hands, and stands her up.
