Here is what's in this video:

1- get up close to the camera, and show your nostrils. Stretch them out with your fingers & make them as wide as possible.

2- put one hand over your mouth, then with the other hand, pinch your nose as hard as you can. Be sure to blow while your nose is pinched like you're trying to blow your nose.

3- pull out your nostrils & pinch your nose. Breathe heavy out your nostrils & out your hand on your mouth. Try to hum while your nose is pinched.
