Terra & Nyxon are sitting around their living room, when Nyxon tells Terra tha she thought that someone might have been following her whenever she was walking home from the concert the night before. Terra gets very serious, and tells Nyxon that every woman sould know some self-defense moves. Nyxon just rolls her eyes & tells Terra that she's being silly, but Terra insists on showing Nyxon a few moves. She makes Nyxon stand up, and then explains how to defend herself if a man were to grab her by the shirt. She slowly demonstrates on Nyxon how it's done, and then tells Nyxon to practice on her. Reluctantly, Nyxon does the move, but really knees Terra hard in her crotch, sending her right to the floor.

Dazed, Terra gets up & moves onto the next move. She shows Nyxon how to get out of a rear bearhug, and when Nyxon goes to practice the move, she punches Terra hard in the crotch, then grabs it & squeezes as hard as she could. Terra is losing patience with her, but Nyxon just tells her that she wanted to make it look as real as possible.

Next, Terra decides to show Nyxon a combo move, and demonstrates how to get out of a throat grab with a quick throat jab, kick to the groin & elbow to the back of the neck. Nyxon tells her that she's got this, and jabs Terra in the boob, kicks her hard in the groin, and gives her a little love tap on the back of the neck.

Terra has reached the end of her patience with Nyxon, and for the final move she decides to do straight up kicks to the groin. The girls go back & forth pretty hard until Terra falls to the ground grabbing her crotch in pain. Nyxon tells her that she feels pretty confident in the self-defense moves & that she's going to walk down the street for a drink.
