Luna Dawn has just picked up her car from the mechanic's, and it broke down again when she was only a few blocks away. She marches back to the garage to confront him, but is met with a vast amount of rudeness & indifference from him. Luna starts yelling at him & telling him that he's going to fix her car for free, but the mechanic just isn't having any of it.
