Jose Cortez has been brought in for questioning, and is maintaining his innocence. Detective Nyxon isn't buying his story, but when he tells her that he'll do anything to keep from doing jail time, she decides to change her tactics. She tells him if he confesses, that she can promise that he won't face jail time. Desperate to get out of his situation, Jose confesses. A huge smile comes over Nyxon's face & she moves onto phase 2.

The next scene opens up with Jose bound on the couch, and demanding to know what's going on. Nyxon tells him that, as promised, he won't be facing any jail... Show more
