A scientist, Mr. Little, has created a shrinking formula & has labeled it Project Pipsqueak. The formula is supposed to shrink people a bit, to lose weight, but something went wrong with it & Mr. Little ends up shrunk down to about 2 ft tall, whenever he accidentally exposes himself to it.
