There's a wild halloween party tonight and Lily took matters in her own hands and picked up a SKIMPY SCHOOL GIRL Outfit instead! she figured to be out of the house by the time her step-mom or new step dad Gary came home but she was mistaken, Gary came home and busted her in her school girl costume! she begs him not to say anything to her step-mom but Gary says he'll at the very least need to punish her, Gary's only method of punishment happens to be wedgies! so he winds up giving a few good wedgie...
