A beautiful three bedroom house in a lovely little neighborhood happens to be the next one on her list to show and her client is right on time. She is wearing a tight black outfit with beautiful black pumps as they walk in.
After looking around the living room for a few minutes, he locks the front door for some reason but when she points it out to him he offers to unlock the door. "No, I don't care it's no big deal." He suggests they go upstairs and check out the rest of the house and when she turns to lead the way he grabs her from behind with his arm around her throat. She gets thrown to the couch and they begin to argue.
He ties her wrists behind her and then she jumps up to leave. He throws her back onto the couch and then ties her elbows together while she continues to fight him. She continues to fight him and he keeps trying to deflect both her witty banter as well as her sharp high heels. He pins her ankles together between his knees and binds her legs together. She starts to hop towards the door and he shows back up with a ball wrapped in a white cloth. He ties that on so she will be quiet but she says, through the gag "I'm not going to shut up I am going to keep shouting at you."
He finishes tying her and walks away and she wobbles, squeaking until she flops onto the couch. A little more light wrestling and he pulls her ankles up into a hogtie and then adds one last rope while she is tilted up onto the side of the couch: a hairtie pulls her head back and up and ties it off at her ankles again. She is now completely stuck and he goes to check out the rest of the house.
