Beth is sitting on the floor in a boxtie with her arms pulled up behind her high. Her ankles and calves are bound up and there is a rope going from her shoulders to her knees, holding her bent in half. And of course, just for good measure, I crank the hell out of the ballgag and she damn near swallows it.
