He ties her arms behind her back in a boxtie and has her kneel on the ground on the pine needles and pine cones.
Madalynn's legs are frogtied and she is then given a ring gag to make things even more unpleasant. The wind was blowing slightly and so her mouth being open would dry out and be very uncomfortable for her. She is lifted by her hair enough so that she has to get up on her toes to keep from having her hair pulled out. Eventually he lifts the crank enough that she is put on kneepoint and has to struggle on the uncomfortable ground, with the ring gag in, and her hair being yanked upward.
