There is a fair bit of banter back and forth between the two at this point. Ogre ties her arms and legs, ankles too. A ballgag gets stuffed in her mouth, even as she protests. He then pulls her ankles up into a hogtie.
Then as an act of mercy, he removes the ugly shoes. He then anchors the whole bundle to a cabinet overhead, ensuring that if she tries to fall off the counter, the rope will yank and tighten horribly. She squirms and fights even as Ogre runs off to find a cheeseburger.
