Ruth is in trouble this time. It seems that a couple of bad guys have ahold of her and are going to have their way with her but first they have to make sure she isn't going anywhere. The guy grabs her from behind and she tries to bite him but he shoves his arm further into her mouth, threatening to hurt her with it. He jerks it clear and the woman straps a ballgag into Ruth's mouth, keeping her silent.
They throw her onto the floor, pinning her against the couch with her arms trapped behind her. The woman binds her wrists tightly and then the man ties her elbows together behind herself. ...

She is made to turn around and sit on the carpet with her ankles crossed. Rope holds her ankles together and then her knees are bound upwards, keeping her from extending her legs.
The woman wanders off and the man keeps tying her up. He bends her over and then pulls the rope from behind her shoulders and binds her under the knees with it. She is pulled downwards. He then decides to tie her hair back so she is facing upwards. A few more twists of rope and she is completely immobilized and to await her fate.
