Ruth is in trouble this time. It seems that a couple of bad guys have ahold of her and are going to have their way with her but first they have to make sure she isn't going anywhere. The guy grabs her from behind and she tries to bite him but he shoves his arm further into her mouth, threatening to hurt her with it. He jerks it clear and the woman straps a ballgag into Ruth's mouth, keeping her silent.
