Her arms are bound in front with a bamboo pole pulled between her elbows, keeping her arms trapped in position.
She is lowered to the floor and then her ankles and knees are bound together with rope. The excess is pulled up and then tied to the bamboo pole. There is extra line left over so that ...

The camera shows many close ups of her body struggling to maintain her composure and to hold her position. She suffers very nicely.
