After a while she starts complaining about her knees and asks for some pillows. Ogre tells her sure, but that it's a temporary situation. After this, he binds her elbows together behind her back with a bar tie and then affixes her wrists to the cart.
Her knees are then spread, tying them wide open and keeping her from being able to close them. She asks for a crotchrope (this girl is wild) and so he can't help but oblige her.
