I've been working out or at least being more active... but I dont seem to be getting any smaller. I come in after a work out while munching on my favorite snack and hop on the scale. Oh. My. God. I'm so fucking fat. Fatter than ever, how could this be??? I dont understand. I take off my shoes and pants and see if that helps... okay maybe it helped a little but I'm still so dang big. Why am I not losing weight. I stuff the rest of my honey bun in my mouth and play with my big belly and wonder maybe it's because I'm still eating like such a pig all the time? Oh man im always going to be fat ...
