I try multiple exercises but I really don't know what I'm doing and I struggle at all of it. I used to work out all the time before I started gaining weight but I can't remember how to do much, it's as if it's my first time. I goof off and start shaking my ass, asking you if this can be considered a work out.

After a few pieces of candy it's back to work I guess. I hope sitting down and doing whatever the fuck with this kettle ball is an accurate workout but I'm pretty sure I'm failing at this. The back of my knees are still so sweaty. I attempt to do my leg kicks again and the only thing keeping me going is thinking that they may make my ass look nicer but it's so hard to lift my fat leg! I have to take a minute to catch my breathe, this is so much work!

Lastly, you ask me do some jumping jacks. Only a few because my fat flops all over the place and I'm pretty sure the down stairs neighbors thought I had a stampede of elephants in my room. I huff and puff trying to catch my breathe. What a work out (attempt)!
