She has only gained about 100 pounds. Step-Mom is very nervous that she just isn't going to be big enough for all three girls to make 900 pounds together. Tara and Dee are a bit pissed at her that she isn't "pulling her weight", so to speak. But Annie, being the youngest, is used to getting away with things her older sisters can't.
Step-Mom is setting out food and calls in her daughters for a their SECOND lunch. They have to eat 5-6 times a day to fatten up. They complain but step-mom insists that they eat and reminds them they need to be 1,000 lbs all together. Step-Mom goes and gets even MORE food and Tara and Dee give Annie a hard time for not getting as fat as them. Tara states that if her and Dee have to make up for the weight she lack that they will be immobile!

Step-Mom comes back in very frightened. She says that the mob wants the money by Monday or else. She has called the man who wants to buy them and he is going to come over that afternoon to see if they are fat enough and hopefully buy them. So she tells her girls to keep eating.
It is later that afternoon and the man offering to buy the daughters has come over. Step-Mom grabs her daughters and shows off all their meaty parts.
