Being who I am, I have to stay super fit. One way that I have found effective to keep trimmed down and tone up is using a punching bag. Kick boxing is so good for you, and I just love working up a sweat while pretending I am beating My enemy. Recently it occured to Me, "why don't I just use a slave as a punching bag? I can just put him in a zentai suit, and punch and kick him and picture him as that enemy!"

Thus the "Pet Punching Bag" was born! Now instead of getting all "peoply", I can just kick, hit, and punch in My own home!

First thing I do is set him up, chastity device out, and cuff him up to My suspension point. I then tie his ankles and thighs so there's no way he can move much. After hat I just go to town! Combo punches to the belly, chest, ass. Hicks to the chest and ass. I just wail on him till I feel I have worked up enough sweet, leaving him there to whimper and recover like a good punching bag should, on his own.
