As far as the script goes there really isn't any. It would be cool though like you were addressing me personally in the custom. And here are some questions you could talk about:

Did you ever get a text or email or call from a client’s angry spouse?

Did a client ever cross the line during a session?

Did a client ever beg you for a discount?"
