(English) An embarrassed Shrima is in the podiatrists office for off-hours appointment a single crutch beside her, her leg crossed over her booted knee and a jacket hiding both her hand and foot. When the doctor goes to shake her hand she extends her left hand and the doctor asks what is wrong with her right hand. Slowly Shrima peels off the jacket and the then a plastic garbage bag around her hand and foot to reveal.... her right thumb cuffed to her big toe!
