Anthonia's problem started a week ago when a bug bit her on top of her big long juicy foot at the base of her big toe (you can see the bite). Since then its been painful and itchy walking and she has been avoiding the doctor and favoring her foot. She's doing it again as she walks down a short flight of steep stone stairs -- wrenching her bad foot even more! Now her shoe is useless and she discards it in disgust.
